Equinoccio was established in Spain in 1993 to service the increasing demand from Small and Medium sized Enterprises (SMEs) to outsource their international trade function to a specialist import and export development services company.

Since its establishment, the company has grown and diversified to become a respected provider of professional advisory and project implementation services to international private sector companies, public sector enterprises, governments and international institutions.
