A propos

Fundación Cibervoluntarios is a Spanish NGO pioneer since 2001 in social use of technologies to generate social innovation and digital empowerment through citizen participation and technological volunteering. The Foundation collaborates with a network of more than 4,000 cybervolunteers and around 4,400 grassroots organizations of different collectives at risk of digital and social exclusion, reaching and training over 100,000 people annually. With this network we are experts in performing researches, pilots, and focus groups in different areas, always involving ICTs as a means to  reduce social gaps through technology and ensure that everyone has the opportunity to access, learn and use technologies.

We especially address people in a situation of digital vulnerability, such as senior people, women, SMEs, self-employed people and entrepreneurs, the rural population, migrants, people with disabilities, minors and small entities and NGOs.

Cibervoluntarios' work is rooted on a collaborative methodology and a human-centred approach and we believe in technology as the lever to eliminate all inequalities, strengthen rights, and improve opportunities and quality of life for all people.

We participate in European project sin 2008 and we have wide experience in developing programmes such as Erasmus+, Horizon Europe, CERV, etc.

Our trajectory has been recognized by the Financial Times as one of Europe’s 100 digital champions and by Google.org for being one of 50 entities that are changing the world.
