Ad Meliora is a little and innovative HR Training and development company that I founded in 2003. I am the managing director and I work in HR training and development since 1996.
My core experience and abilities are are about developing the following competencies: team building; public speaking; sales tecniques; leadership; customer service; team working; adult learning.
Mixing research and training competencies is the key feature of Ad Meliora HR development. Infact we use research tools and methodologies in order to discover gaps, needs and specific peculiarities of each organization before starting a training program.
We also conduct internal researches, such as 360° feedback on managers or internal climate surveys or motivational events, such as Christmas Team Cooking.
