Hi, my name is Roberta and I am a professional EU project manager specialized in social issues, international cooperation, and sustainable development.

What motivates me is the possibility to contribute to sustainable change and to build a fairer and more inclusive society. Social, environmental, and intercultural issues are my bread and butter and I use my managerial, organizational, strategic, and editorial skills to promote them through the creation of impactful project proposals and partnerships.

So what do I do exactly? 
- I help non-profit and public institutions find pertinent funding opportunities for their ideas;
- I support them in the creation of solid project proposals and in writing their grants from A to Z;
- I also support the construction of international partnerships as well as the coordination, management, evaluation and reporting of selected projects.

In addition to having a Master's degree in Anthropology applied to Sustainable Development, and a specific training in EU funding programmes, I have worked for years in the non-profit and international cooperation sectors in various countries, with experiences both within small and large organizations.

I work - mainly remotely - as a freelancer and I am in love with the job I do, which allows me to contribute to the birth of beautiful projects and to meet people full of enthusiasm!
