A propos

I am Ceylan, co-founder of art studio, a participatory strategy and design studio based in Istanbul, Turkey.

 

For about 15 years, I contribute in several social impact focused projects as social designer, coordinator, executer or as a supporter voluntarily or professionally. In October 2018 we co-founded are studio where I continue to bring my designer’s perspective with a human-centred approach to both to social impact-oriented and commercial projects in the fields of design research, design strategy, product-service-system design and learning design.

 

In ara studio we design and facilitate tailor-made innovation processes and learning experiences for individuals, teams, and organisations to create a better future ; 

We enable people to innovate and learn together in collaborative journeys that can differ from 1 day to 6 months. They develop strategies, design new products, services, and systems, and create business and impact models. They co-learn innovative methods and tools and more importantly gain leadership skills to grow as change agents.

To realise that, we collaborate with organisations that put people and planet first than profit. Until today, we worked with social and creative entrepreneurs, social innovators, NGO volunteers, university students and children from age 7 to 18.
