We are LBTQ organization that focuses on promoting and advocating for the rights of LBTQ
persons in sports and creating an equal environment that empowers them to take on sports
leadership positions, advocating for equality, non-discrimination policies, social justice inclusion
and visibility in mainstream sport
TWISF exists to unlock the leadership abilities and representation of LBTQ persons in the top
sports decision-making bodies.
