Resilience.Earth is a non-profit cooperative of 15 professionals based in the Catalan Pyrenees and dedicated to change management, with a specialisation in working with public administrations and organisations operating in rural areas. Our goal is to build community and climate resilience through regenerative development, research, training and communication. We have carried out over 300 social and ecological transformation projects since 2016, in 13 different countries but with a large focus on rural Catalonia. Through these projects, we have actively engaged a total of nearly 19.000 participants directly, not including tens of thousands more indirectly through virtual activities.
We are developing a proposal on Regenerative Governance, through citizen science and the creation of territorial Observatories in four distinct Bioregions across Europe. We have most of the partnership established, but are seeking a seasoned constultant to lead in the proposal writing process.
