Enthusiastic sociologist, with virtually two decades of research and programme management experience in a diversified institutional positioning: NGOs, European Projects, French Embassy, Expertise France, UNICEF, World Bank and UN-HABITAT. Extensive experience with Human Rights Based Approach to Programming and Results Based Management. Concrete practice in evaluation with UNEG standards and OECD/DAC criteria, and wide exposure to international community of practice, as former monitoring and evaluation focal-point for UNICEF. Positive, with can-do attitude, sensitive to human rights and diversity, dedicated to contributing to human development and social inclusion of most deprived and marginalised ones, including reaching gender equality and helping boys and girls, women and men reaching their full potential.
