Magtel Foundation is a Corporate Non-Profit Organization based in Córdoba, Andalusia, Spain. Since 2012, our mission has been to support initiatives that foster a more just, inclusive, and equal society, guided by the principles of excellence, innovation, transformation, cooperation, and sustainability.

Our Key Areas of Action

Magtel Foundation's work spans several essential areas. In employability and skills development, we provide technical training and job placement support to people in vulnerable situations, fostering access to quality employment opportunities. Our programs focus on high-demand sectors such as fiber optic installations, renewable energy systems, and digital literacy, utilizing both in-person and online learning formats. In the field of social action, we drive community support initiatives that include volunteer activities. Social innovation is another cornerstone of our approach, as we develop accessible digital solutions and support research projects aimed at improving social inclusion through technology.

International Cooperation. The Magtel Foundation extends its mission beyond national borders. We have been involved in five active international cooperation projects focused on guaranteeing access to essential human rights, such as access to clean drinking water and improved sanitation, promoting local governance with a special emphasis on the empowerment of indigenous women, and advancing public health through the promotion of hygiene and disease prevention practices. Our work in this area has been ongoing for several years, with notable experience in Morocco, Peru and Colombia.  

European Projects. In recent years, we have expanded our reach by actively participating in three European projects, two of them large-scale initiatives where we have been partners, and one of them structured in work packages where we led a key part of the project. Our goal is to share our expertise and contribute to initiatives aligned with our core values. We have played a key role in consortia focused on humanitarian response to refugee communities and innovative methodologies for the digitization of training and learning processes for vulnerable groups. We are actively seeking to join consortia under the Erasmus+ program as partners, though we remain open to exploring other opportunities. Our interests are centered on social innovation, digitalization, and support for vulnerable groups. Our experience positions us as a trusted partner in collaborative, cross-border projects, where we contribute with our technical expertise and experience in social transformation.
