Elvan R&D Center is the first constituted R&D centre in the agri-food sector in Turkey with huge experience in R&D collaboration and strong R&D infrastructure.
With growing exports worldwide, the company wants to innovate in the food packaging and tracking technology to improve the food safety and quality of the exported products.
Therefore, our contribution will be in exploring together sources of waste to be valorised - some could be waste coming from our production. We could help with the definition of the characteristics of the bio packaging, the features of the smart devices for the tracking, feedback during the development of the prototyped technology (we also have strong automation department) and validate it at the system level throughout our production and storage facilities and distribution network internationally.
We could support with the dissemination activities due to our tight cooperation with research organisation and good relations with consumer organisations and civil society actors internationally. We are increasilgly involved in the circular economy and want to continue increasing the consumer trust worldwide.
