I work as a lecturer in the department of Public and Social Policy in faculty of Social Sciences in Charles University in Prague. I am a candidate and Researcher in the Institute of sociological studies. I am holding Master's degree in Public Administration from the American University in Cairo specified in Management of Non-Profit Organizations. My area of interest is public administration; as well as, internal management and good governance in non-profit organizations. In addition, I am interested in civil society work, professional management of NPOs, and youth engagement in community work. Professionally, I have done Monitoring and Evaluation systems for some non-profit organizations in Egypt and Czech Republic in the last 3 years.
