Hi everyone, 

I'm Gloria Lentini, Italian Bid Manager and Projects Design Coordinator. 

I conceptualize, design, edit, budget, and deliver strategic project proposals for both national and international donors, focused on culture, creativity, tourism, and sustainability. I also map financial opportunities, manage partner relationships, prepare administrative documentation, and coordinate agreements and memoranda of understanding with various organizations.

With a BSc in Applied Business in Hospitality and Tourism and a MA in Cultural Diplomacy, I have a strong background and interest in cultural heritage management and cultural economics. I have contributed to the research, data analysis, and GIS support for the management plan "Appian Way. Regina Viarum", commissioned by the Italian Ministry of Culture as part of the nomination process for the UNESCO World Heritage List. 

I have also supervised the daily operations and visitor experience of the Museo Picasso Málaga for almost 5 years, ensuring their efficient and secure functioning.
