Association Centrul de Incubare Creativ Inovativ de Afaceri-CICIA  (Creative and Innovation Business Incubation Center) from Roznov, Piatra Neamţ was created in 2003 through the PHARE RICOP project.

• Association CICIA is certified by the Scientific Research National Authority through Decision no. 9719 from for research activity.

• Also Association CICIA is authorized as supplier of training for entrepreneurship competences  key competences.

From 2003 - till now CICIA  has regularly organized courses, conferences, debates and discussions at public sector in a wide variety of topics. Projects implemented: PNUD, PHARE, EUROPEAN SOCIAL FUND, Youth in Action, Erasmus+ and Europe for Citizens.

CICIA works for young people and professionals/workers organising:

- Entrepreneurship courses / centers of creativity in 17 high schools, school groups, arts and crafts from Neamt County

-  4 youth camps themed entrepreneurship, creativity and equality gender

- workshops on topics to exploit the creative potential of folk art and association with entrepreneurial initiatives were organized exhibitions to promote the project results.

- 5 entrepreneurial initiative centers on the mountain

- 1 Junior Business Incubator

- 3 JOB CENTER

- program INTERNSHIP with practical work in various organizations
