Association for Education, Promotion and Dissemination of Robotics and Coding (ROBKOD) was founded by educators specialized in IT in Kocaeli in 2018.
Our association aims;
- to activate the software and design sector and provide development of training activities,
- to put technology into service of the society by supporting the actors and institutions working in the field of robotics and coding,
- to develop skills in thinking via intelligent and mind games, perception, reasoning,
decision making and problem solving,
- to train and encourage manpower that is capable of adjusting himself to the environment and changing conditions, apt to art, research development, science
and technology production and that is highly skilled.
- to support institutions and organizations to improve STEM education,
- to try to improve the quality of coding education in changing world,
- to contribute to the emergence of future scientists both in Turkey and in the world.
ROBKOD provides workshop services to organizations and institutions and carries out Project based R&D activities for children and young with highly qualified trainers it has.
ROBKOD, with its experienced trainers who are all Technical Education and Education faculty graduates, and have had pedagogical formation, has its own teaching materials and curricula for coding, design, developing project, robotics, and intelligent and mind games, designed for every age group and level in the light of training experiences and long-term research activities both at national and international level.
Within this scope, in the last 6 months, ROBKOD has reached 600 children and young and take the first step to prepare them for the future jobs. Currently, there 250 children and young who are attending the workshops.
