I have worked as strategic consultant for the last six years in different public organisations both national and international such as European Commission, World Food Programm or the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
My area of expertise is public management, including optimisation and transformation projects, specially on the public procurement ;I have experience preparing and writing technical proposals for UN, EBRD and the European Commission, as well as coordinating H2020 partnerships. I have also managed european and international projects, being responsible for overall deadlines, deliverables and team management.
