Dr. Rasha Hammad ( University of Hull, UK)

Assistant Professor of Strategic Management and Entrepreneurship, Faculty of Commerce, Cairo University, Egypt.

I am firmly dedicated to Youth development and entrepreneurial education, highly-qualified in teamwork and leading groups and have good communication skills. My research experience has enabled me to improve my analytical thinking and project management and give me the opportunity to understand individual and organizational behaviour and strategic management in entrepreneurial organizations.

My academic experience through the last seven years can be essential to the position of Assistant Professor and Course Director (Business Administration). Teaching different courses for undergraduate and postgraduate levels enables me to be an effective instructor in my department, designing course syllabus, material, and assessment.

 My research interest is strategic management and entrepreneurship as well as leading a team for project INSTART (Euro-African Network of Excellence for Entrepreneurship and Innovation [INSTART]. Erasmus + key action 2: capacity building in Higher Education), allow me to build a good experience in Entrepreneurship, building a good network nationally and internationally, exploring and visiting different entrepreneurial universities and be familiar with entrepreneurial education and training skills. Moreover, I have training experience in mentoring and coaching entrepreneurship competitions in different ; This experience has built my confidence and an interest in teaching and working to create a sustainable world-class model that helps students and researchers in knowledge and technology ;

I am Looking for individual and institutional calls that support youth development and sustainable entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial education.

Collaboration activity:

- Team leader for project INSTART (Euro-African Network of Excellence for Entrepreneurship and Innovation [INSTART]. Erasmus + key action 2: capacity building in Higher Education).

- Researcher Connect workshop coordinator. Provided by British Council- Egypt and funded by STDF- Newton- Mosharfa Fund- Cairo University, 2020.

- Successfully completed training mobility: “Research Strategy” - Surrey University- Staff Mobility Training-Erasmus + key action 1 (July 2015)
