International Business. Master in PM2. My professional background encompasses strategy consultancy and the planning and execution of projects on a national and international scale. I have actively contributed to shaping blue growth projects within the ports of the Valencian Community. Currently, I serve as Innovation Project Officer at the Port Authority of Castellón, overseeing the management and implementation of innovation projects. In this role, I am responsible for supporting initiatives that enhance efficiency and profitability in the internal processes of the port.

The Port Authority of Castellón is responsible, in general terms, for the planning, development and execution of projects, construction, conservation and operation of the works and services of the port. In the last few years, the Port Authority of Castellón has established the Innovation Unit to address the challenges focused on the areas of sustainability, digital transformation and innovation culture, actively participating in innovative projects as a facilitating port. Focus areas:

  • Sustainability: Sustainability, energy efficiency, environment, decarbonization, biodiversity, environmental quality, circular economy, OPS, H2, energy communities, Raw materials, biofuels, RES, wind.
  • Digital Transformation: Processes, logistics, operational efficiency, connectivity, security, systems, infrastructures (BIM), digital twin, IOT, AI, Blockchain, PCS, SmartPorts, Smartcontracts.
  • Culture of Innovation: Observatory of innovation, talent, pride, belonging, creativity, training, positioning.
