At the moment, I'm a project manager at Pista Mágica and responsible for the preparation and writing of applications, at a national, international and european level. In terms of project management, I'm in charge of Pista Mágicas' ERASMUS+ projects, which are within the Key Action 2. In terms of experience, related to this matter, I have worked within ERASMUS+ KA2, in terms of management and execution of project’s tasks respective intellectual outputs. I have been active on these tasks since October 2022 and I would like to learn even more, as I have started recently on the subject. I have read the Erasmus+ Programme Guide 2023, but i have many questions related to it, especially when it comes to budget matters, and other administrative and bureaucratic aspects of the overall management process. I also would like to learn more about writing the application and the clarification of some of the concepts which are utilized.
