I am contacting you in regards to the upcoming deadline for HORIZON-CL5-2021-D6-01-11: Radical improvement of road safety in low and medium-income countries in Africa. We have a developed idea and looking for a lead applicant.
I would like to share and discuss this open call and other AU/EU with you for possible collaboration based on your expertise.
We will be more than willing to contribute with ideas for further proposal development, consortium building with partners from Africa and Europe who can bring added value and support in the technical and implementation of specific work packages relevant to expertise
