I' m Associate Professor in Animal Nutrion at Department of Veterinary Medicine, University of Milano

Main reserach field deal with animal feeding and nutrition, the effects of nutrition, mostly of monogastrics on meat and processed products quality, the assessment of oxidative stress as an indicator of animal welfare and the impact of nutriton on animal ;

Actually I do not have any personal project

I'm following the PRIMA call. I'm interested on topic Topic IA Implementation of analytical tools and digital technology to achieve traceability, authenticity control of traditional Mediterranean foods (Section 1).
