A propos
Through my research I design conceptual tools that reshape food systems to meet global challenges, including climate change, hunger, and inclusivity. The innovative elements within the frameworks and the ethical guidance I put forward are owed also to my training in logic and semantics, metaphysics, and philosophy of science. Though grounded in philosophy, I collaborate with a wide spectrum of scholars in the natural and social sciences, as well as food practitioners.
