A propos

Her research interests are futuristic neuro-marker development and neuro-modelling in the field of behavioral & computational neuroscience. She has studied on neuro-physiological experimental paradigms and data processing/analysis methods as well as smart classifiers in diagnose.

Since 2006, she has studied on neuro-marker development for detection of affective and neuro-psychological dysfunctions. As well, she has developed psyc-physiological experimental paradigms in order to investigate the coherence between cortexes (cognitive-motor-olfactory-auditory-visual).

She is PI at scientific project:

''Developing Connectivity Model from Neuroelectrical Brain Activities based on Graph Theory''THD-2020-18874, Project Supported by Higher Education Institutions ( in progress).

She managed the following MSc thesis as Senior Adviser in Bioengineering graduate program:

•        ''Relations Between Singular Spectra and Emotional States in Controls'', 2016.

•        ''ANOVA Analysis of Phase Synchronization Estimations in Contrasting Emotional States by Means of EEG'', 2016.

•        ''A Review on Brain Connectivity Measurements Used for Emotion Recognition'', 2016.

•        ''Entropy Based Methods to Analyze Single Channel Electrophysiological Brain Activities in Discriminating Emotional States'', 2016

•        ''Smart Classification of Normal and Aggressive Muscle Actions'', 2018

Chair Role in Special Sessions:
