The objective of CAPPINNO is to increase the competitiveness of SMEs through innovation and technology use in education and training within VET (Vocational Education and Training) schools and universities.
CAPPINNO is expert on,
- Innovation in VET: Promote and implement innovative practices in vocational education and training.
- Development of key competences, including entrepreneurship: Foster key competencies, with a strong emphasis on entrepreneurial skills.
- Work-based Learning (for Young People and/or Adults): Facilitate work-based learning opportunities for both young individuals and adults.
- Quality Assurance Mechanisms: Establish and maintain quality assurance mechanisms in vocational education.
- VET Teachers’/Trainers Professional Development: Support the professional development of VET teachers and trainers.
- Public-Private Partnerships in VET: Encourage and enhance partnerships between the public and private sectors within VET.
- Green and Digital Skills for the Twin Transition: Equip learners with essential green and digital skills to navigate the twin transition.
- Skills Matching with Current and Future Job Opportunities: Align the skills taught in VET with the demands of current and future job markets.
- Curriculum development, training programs design and implementation
