"TU SI EU CULTURAL ASSOCIATION" is an unconventional NGO founded in 2021 where you can discover a new approach to non-formal methods through interactive, motivating, and creative activities. We focus on carrying out projects to support non-formal, artistic, social, intercultural, and moral-civic education among the community (educational projects, performances, workshops, exhibitions, festivals, etc.). Our interventions aim to integrate and promote
the professional, material and moral interests of its members, vulnerable groups, the community, to the affirmation and development of Romanian culture, media and education, as well as the establishment of partenerships between institutions for the implementation of collaborative projects and programs that value the national and universal cultural heritage, including immaterial, for the support of non-formal, artistic, cultural education, spiritual, social, intercultural and moral-civic among the community. Regardless of their origin, education, occupation, or age, our NGO is open to everyone and offers them the opportunity to participate in enganging activities. What do we promote? Devising, implementing, and developing non-formal education projects for the development of skills of young people and adults in the fields of art, communication (verbal and nonverbal); Promoting and organizing activities of theatrical performances and national and international dramaturgy creations. Organizing training and education courses for Theatre, Music, Film, Photography , Creative writing, Storytelling, and other areas of interest regarding professional skills development, including through the development of partnerships; Organizing exhibitions, seminars, conferences, colloquia, symposiums, festivals, public debate shows, book launches, summer schools, creative camps, cultural exchanges, workshops, events to support the purpose of the association; The organization of theater shows under own direction or in collaboration, performance hall rental, theater festivals, street theater, performances, theater courses, improvisation, children's shows, artistic interpretation activities, theater camps, tours, art, theater and cinema competitions and festivals. Promoting values related to equal opportunity for community members and promoting activities to combat social exclusion. Conducting studies, research, opinion polls, and programs for the development of formal and non-formal education of young people, children and adults, and disadvantaged and vulnerable groups; Supporting a wide array of stakeholders, including NGOs, international organizations, and institutional actors; Coordinating volunteer actions. Encouraging cultural cooperation actions and involving young people and adults in civic activities of community interest.

In 2021, we implemented the "Poems through Lugojene neighborhoods". A project, that represented a first step towards creating a place with potential, being a project to animate and reactivate local neighborhoods, through educational activities and activities to improve the urban space. Theater Festival for Children" Theater for all" the first street theater festival, organized in our city, that brought the theater to children, young people and adults, who do not have direct access to the wonderful world of stories, as well as facilitating their encounter with the theater and with various creative activities. The workshops carried out during the festival were opened to children, young people and
adults. Street exhibitions organized in parks, city squares always supported by cultural interventions: poetry recitals, performances, storytelling, creative writing etc. “Theater in a box”- supports a number of 50 resident children and 20 educators from the Găvojdia Placement Center and the "Sf.Ioan" Family House in Nădrag, through recreational and cultural activities performing arts, photography and the art of storytelling. “Zmeul Zmeilor” – Cultural educational project that consisted of a theater performance, in parallel with combined arts workshops for teachers and children, carried out in schools. We had the chance to create a performance with professional and amateur actors, making it a learning opportunity for people working in the field of theatrical creation and different areas of creative professions. The team was formed in 2012, working in a different legal form than the current one. Today we exist as the Tu si Eu Cultural Association that came into being in June 2021. All team members have the expertise needed to implement and manage projects. Since 2012, we have produced short and medium-length films, theater performances, cultural events. Asociația Culturală Tu și Eu is the only provider of cultural and artistic acts in the professional theater area, we produce theater shows for children, young people and adults, theater and creative workshops, theater courses, creative writing, storytelling, and film.
