It deals with changes in the industrial workplaces all over Europe, with current TRENDS and foreseseable DEVELOPMENTS and also intends to create a deeper understanding of the way in which young people need to be prepared for the DEMANDS OF FUTURE-ORIENTED BUSINESSES.
