“ProActive Team” EOOD was established in August 2009 as a consultancy in the field of project financing and management.

“ProActive Team” EOOD has introduced a quality management system in accordance with the requirements of standard EN ISO 9001:2008, certified by Intertek, covering the following scope of services: preparation of analyses, strategies, plans and projects; consultations in the preparation and management of projects; organisation of specialized trainings and seminars.

The main goals of the company are:

  • Continuous support for the strengthening of the capacity at national and local level for preparation and management of project, financed by EU and other donors;
  • Stimulating the local economic development through the provision of consultations and trainings for the business and the public sector;
  • Support for the administrative and business structures in the process of achieving sustainable development.

 “ProActive Team” EOOD performs a wide scope of activities, including:

  • Consultancy and preparation of policies, strategies, plans and investment projects, including for the public sector;
  • Preparation of full documentation for project application according to the requirements of the financing institution, including needs analysis, completing application forms, budget preparation and cost-benefit analyses, consultancy in the process of project proposal preparation;
  • Management of project, financed by EU and other donors, including elaboration of procedures for technical and financial implementation of the projects, support and cionsultancy to the team responsible for project implementation, drafting of progress reports, case solving, etc.;
  • Organisation of specilized trainings and seminars for municipalities, companies, NGOs and other organisations in the field of project financing and management, public-private partnerships, etc.;
  • Analysis and evaluation of the systems for financial management and control in the public sector;
  • Risk analysis and assessment, including elaboration of strategies for risk management;
  • Others.
