Romagna Tech (RT) is a non-profit Joint-Stock Consortium Company, accredited as an Industrial Research Laboratory and Innovation
Center within the "High Technology Network" of the Emilia-Romagna Region. Its mission is to promote and generate technological
innovation processes through a logical approach to intervention and in particular to:
- Work closely with knowledge centers and institutions to foster the implementation of research results;
- Promote the culture of innovation as a strategic asset for development;
- Support companies in developing technology solutions for their business ;
- Provide assistance to start-ups to accelerate their growth.
RT represents a public-private territorial partnership capable of activating a wide range of potential players to work on joint
innovation projects. It operates in different sectors (ICT, desin, green tech, mechanics, advanced materials) and offers expertise in
the areas of sensor technology, ICT, artificial intelligence, artificial vision, Industry 4.0, intellectual property, business planning,
communication, and project management.
RT works according to 3 areas of focus:
1. Romagna Tech Innovation Centre fosters interactions between research and business through training, technical focus groups,
offering technology scouting, training, innovation fundraising, project design and management, marketing and networking
services

2. Romagna Tech LAB, an Industrial Research Laboratory, specialized in ICT, Industry 4.0, platforms, where innovative and high-
performance technology solutions are designed and developed for companies and SMEs. The company is able to provide various

services, representing the "innovation chain," such as process analysis, concept generation, design, prototyping, engineering and
industrialization, and project management.
3. Startup accelerator, where a growth model is provided for businesses.
