The University of Pisa, founded in 1343, is one of the most ancient and prestigious universities in Europe. Within its 20 departments, UNIPI offers 60 Bachelor\'s degree programmes, 69 Master\'s degree programmes, 9 Long single-cycle degree programmes, 22 PhD programmes, 50 Postgraduate programmes Specialisation Schools and Residency programmes), 64 One-year specialisation programmes. The staff includes 1550 professors and researchers, 1621 administrative employees, and more than 54000 students.
The Department of Economics and Management of the University of Pisa is a lively environment where research and teaching live side by side in the areas of economics, business and management studies, mathematics and statistics.
