Co-founded by two project managers with more than 15 years of experience in social innovation projects, Project School is a startup company based in Italy aimed to strengthen the creative and design skills of individuals and organizations willing to develop sustainable solutions to small and big challenges of their communities.
Using the most innovative design techniques in the social field, Project School intends to create a generation of professionals capable of designing ambitious and sustainable initiatives, able to solve some of the most difficult challenges of our society: education, work, environment, migration, etc.
Project School delivers two practical Laboratories that are strictly linked to its target groups, namely:
Social Impact Project Lab
Designed for individuals and organizations willing to play an active role in their communities by supporting and funding social impact initiatives and projects.
Project Design Training
Project School provides training on specific aspects of social impact project design (such as defining the project scope, framing the social impact, finding partners, investigating the sustainability of the project). PS delivers training for different audiences, with different ages, backgrounds, and aptitudes, ranging from universities to foundations to any organization wishing to offer specialized training to its stakeholders and beneficiaries.
Furthermore, Project School designs, creates, and concretely develops social impact projects funded by the European Commission and other donors.
Since the launch of Project School (January 2020) to date, it has been awarded more than 15 EU projects on various topics: youth activation, sustainable development, climate change, women's leadership, and integration of migrants. Our reference programmes are: Erasmus+, AMIF, CERV, LIFE, Creative Europe.

GreenViDialogue (ongoing)
The project aims to train young people on the creation of inspirational and informative videos on the topic of the environment and the fight against climate change.
POLITIK-HER (ongoing)
The project is focused on acquiring knowledge of methods and tools relating to the involvement of policy-makers in the promotion of gender equality and the challenges of overcoming gender stereotypes.
InfoReady (ongoing)
A project aimed at improving adults' digital literacy and their resistance to misinformation.
CCA - Clarity Creativity Action (ongoing)
The project is aimed at the implementation, experimentation and evaluation of the innovative method called CCA, applicable to assistance practices to support the processing and overcoming of traumas.
Social Impact Manager (ongoing)
The primary objective of SIM is to create the role of Social Impact Manager (SIM), a hybrid and multifaceted profile aimed at promoting CSR and community development within companies.
WE-CAN: Welcoming Entrepreneurship: Creating Alternative Narratives (2022-2024)
A 2-year project funded by the European Erasmus + fund that aims to stimulate and support the integration of migrants in Europe through social innovation.
Integration League (2022-2023)
A project aimed to engage football clubs, locals and refugees through a comprehensive capacity-building programme whose main aim is to promote human rights values of tolerance and inclusiveness towards refugees.
ECHO – Cultural Heritage for Inclusion and Participation (2021-2023)
The project has created a training programme "European Cultural Heritage" and an interactive online learning platform, which will exploit the European cultural heritage as a tool for creating new businesses, promoting society integration and social inclusion.
EWYCC - EU-WISE Young Citizens-Consumers (2020-2022)
The project aims to combine generic youth empowerment activities with sustainable development tools and strategies to empower young people as agents of change.
Young Women Leaders (2020-2022)
A project aimed to promote a new vision of women in 4 EU countries by building the capacities of up to 60 young women and designing the first EU Young Women Network.
Open City (2020-2022)
A project aimed to organise training and creative activities aiming to empower unemployed citizens in shaping the district they live in.
EMPATHY – Empowering Migrants Promoting Inclusion via Capacity Building and Communities Engagement (2020-2022)
A project aimed to spread the “Empathy Revolution”, through a series of activities focused on stimulating creative, cultural and social innovation approaches to fight racism, xenophobia and intolerance.
