I am Cong Huu Pham, a lectutrer/researcher in Can Tho University, Vietnam. I have studied on rural infrastricture planning,, flood management, natuiral resoiurces mangamnet, policies and sustainable livelihood in Vietnam.
I hope that I will be a member of the European Cooperation organization to cooporate and implement development research.
I wish that I will contribute my knowledge and experiences for development research/projects.
