I am Ovidiu PUIU, a PHD candidate within the Institute of Doctoral Studies in Public Management and Administration within the Facultuy of Political, Administrative and Communication Sciences (Babeș-Bolyai University). I am currently working on research aiming to support civic engegement of marginalized groups.
