Nordic Diaspora Forum is a European platform that constitutes more than 50 civil organizations and local authorities in over 25 countries. Our mission is to provide innovative tools for the sustainability across regions in EU, promoting experience sharing between members and partners through social, cultural, educational, ecological, economical topics.
Nordic Diaspora Forum seeks to practically support and advance international cooperation, skillful networking and further progress and growth of EU citizens by providing direct solutions to European needs.
In particular, we aim to promote the involvement of young people at local level in decision-making processes, and thus enabling municipal and regional authorities to address the needs and interests of youth, engage young people as active actors of problem-solving.
We provide support, information and social assistance to disadvantaged and marginalized young people and stimulate the development of the NGO sector across Europe through activities which will increase youth in decision making process to promote democracy.
Since our establishment, Nordic Diaspora Forum has been continually growing claiming its position and promoting its core values to both national and international level.
