A propos
I am a researcher in social and organizational psychology. I conduct scientific research in the area of intergroup relations, focusing on relations between groups of asymmetric status (majorities vs. minorities) and mechanisms of social/organizational/societal change. This work applies to different contexts, such as organizations (diversity and inclusion at work, success of mergers/acquisitions); social influence and activism ( environmental activists).
