Largo Residências mission is to contribute to local development through the realization of cultural activities and social businesses, drivers of the artistic creation and dynamization and community involvement and integration. It is based on a continuity and growth that simultaneously allow to guarantee their own sustainability and achieve the recognition as a national and international reference institution in its fields of action and intervention.
In many contexts, LARGO has been referred to as an example of good practice it promotes through the link between the cultural sector and social intervention and inclusion, and illustrative of the many creative partnerships it has fostered in local development networks.
