Holding a Computer Science degree, Master’s degree in Electrical Engineer - RFID and Production Engineer - Lean Office. I’ve been working into IT solutions the last 16 years, therefore I bring to the table a solid experience on technical environment, including to that I’m building my career in different roles as IT Project Manager, Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Team Leader and Scrum Master.
In 2017, I have accepted a big challenge being a leader as IT Director of a startup on financial and big data area, managing the IT team and operations, ensuring the IT systems and people are effective and functioning within the objectives of the company. This period developed me a lot in a fast-paced startup company model, and as management and leadership, counting with my previous experiences I have been managing IT teams for 6 years already, most of the time using agile methodology, principally scrum.
By the end of 2019 I have turn another page in my career chapter, I have assumed a position as a contractor in the European Commission (DG-EAC), which is giving me experience in the public sector and the opportunity to work in a different mindset line of projects.
With a strong passion for innovation and solution. I have worked in large companies such as Volvo in Brazil and, most recently, Renault do Brazil, in private sector, and in the Euro commission in public sector. Providing a deep knowledge and hands-on experience with projects and IT management, understanding of the business and technology needs, familiarity with new technologies, methodologies and system integration, with great ability to motivate a team to accomplish goals, handling well stressful situations and aggressive deadline, focused to develop a positive work in a team environment.
During my career, I had opportunity to discuss the scope and other details of projects within senior management of some big companies in Brazil, being a focal point of communication between business and technical teams, key person in global projects, being involved in multicultural teams from Brazil, US, Poland, Sweden, India, China and Australia.
I am available to work in all Europe counting on my EU Citizenship.
