I am a researcher at the University of Birmingham.

In 2018, I was awarded the third prize at the 12th Nabokov International Prize for the unpublished political essay 'Il barAtto Democratico', an essay that formulates an efficient governmental reorganisation for the promotion of culture.

I am interested to develop an open social platform (a Forum), accessible from Italian citizens, in which to discuss problems and find information about human rights related to employment. In Italy, the current system suggest citizens to consult NGO organisations for any question. However, this system strongly discourage workers from clarifying their doubts about legality, because the process requires time and effort.

I do believe that the promotion of awareness towards a better social condition and the respect of legal operations can only be supported by providing citizens with a open platform in which to discuss and to find prompt feedback from professionals and peers, to solve doubt and understand either how to pacifically respond to adversities or when it is time to bring the fact to an authority.

The platform wants therefore to become a reference point to promote awareness among people about their human rights within the workplace.
