Levan has Bachelor’s degree in cultural management with 7 years of experience in the field. He Has a strong professional interest into non-formal education and is a member of the youth network of European Cultural Parliament. Levan is an initiator and manager of various large-scale projects, including: Taoba International Youth Film Festival, international conference on non-formal education, strategic partnership network that unites 43 non-formal educational public institutions across the Georgia among others.
