My name is Kleopatra have been a part of many projects,organisations,conferences and I've learned that it is really important to not be depended on other people while having the role of a leader,while you have to manage teams personally can easily work with other people with different ideas and mindsets because i am confident,open-minded,friendly,a good listener,I have respect for the person/people I am talking to and their ideas and in the end I am able to give and receive feedbacks wich is to my opinion the most important part of a ,I am able to work independently and take responsibilities for different elements and parts of a project that I am a part ;
