Dear Up2Europe. I am a marginal R&D designer, but in the past some of my individual R&D works were covered all of ERA/FP7 chart and was support by EU-EC, now my 20 working model inventions are support by USAID Open team. Both facilities can not been proceed because my twice severe TBI accident were much reduced my memory and writing speed, but still fast to select particular data, then combined it into novel form as inventions. I can't remember the detail that I was write or read one page before  Thereby I need mutual partnership rather than fund. One of my invention value is far beyond all of my R&D works were combined. This is Research of Motion/RM1 a cart like that succeed to move its whells in straight rail by some set of magnetic bars arrays. RM2 always failed to tranform RM1 into curve motion for future orbital motion.
