Research

We use research to get the answers to our design questions. Either that's ethnography, interviews, focus groups or online surveys, we test our ideas before they are finalised. We draw conclusions by interacting with people who will actually use the designed product and they are pleased to know that their voice is heard. We also do research on existing products and services to identify the painpoints and make recommendations for enhancing the experience and increasing the engagement.

 

Design

Our design process is human centered. We aim to engage real users throughout the design process as a product or service designed with the users will serve its purpose better that a product or service designed for the users. We start our design process by gathering user and business requirements. Then we transform these to early designs that will lead to the final product through embedding users input and our expertise. Using this design approach we create market winning solutions.

 

Strategy

Taking into account the business goals, the vision and the drivers of our clients, the market requirements and the user needs, we plan user experience (UX) strategies. Our aim is to create a set of coordinated actions that will help the client overcome any current issues, achieve good UX and ultimately reach a desired future state. Throughout this planning, art and science have to be optimally combined, in order to ensure the available resources are used in the most efficient and effective way.
