Homo Eminens (HE) is a strategy and innovation advisory company helping to find the right link between an individuals and organizations. It was created with a mission to return a person (consumer, client) to the center of organizational culture, business and research attention. In everyday environment rational logic is often opposed to the holistic approach, and econometric estimates become more important than the understanding of client’s needs. HE claims that calculations are not enough for sustainable success and reveals valuable insights through understanding people. 

HE can offer an extensive in depth expertise in qualitative research of behavioral and cognitive patterns. The interdisciplinary knowledge in humanities allows building a contextual analysis of the problem and then comparing it to the empirical data from questionnaires, self-assessment scales, in-depth interviews, participatory observations and shared user experience. Developed framework allows seeing true, and sometimes even unconscious, behavioral and cognitive patterns. While recognizing the importance of technology HE specializes in soft research of what the specific technology actually means to a specific user, because the way people use technology depends a lot on how applicable and culturally appealing the technological side is.
