As a lecturer and researcher in health care, my professional competencies have been developed and advanced for more than 20 years. My accomplishment in making positive differences in the quality of care services at a district health centre within 10 years was recognized. My professional background with an MPH and doctoral degree in public health from Mahidol University has supported on not only my researches but also teaching and learning strategies for the curriculum programs to be able to approach the diverse needs of healthcare in a rapidly changing
