Fola Vincent is a certified human resource professional/Co-creator, business psychologist, leadership coach, and training and development specialist with 5 years of experience, actively working as an HR consultant, Training Consultant, Business Strategist, Learning and Development specialist for both individuals and organizations across finance, communication, construction, Travel/Tourism, and Educational Sectors.
I have positioned myself as a Training Consultant, Learning and Development Specialist, and Human Resource partner to more than 10 organizations, helping them in recruitment, selection, training and development, and other HR-related matters. Some of these organizations are SM Global travel and tour, Fashion Detailz, Laurela International Schools, NIDAVE Industrial Ventures, Rutad Resources, Finaclus Solutions, Golden Vision Communication, Graphicus Global Resources, TREM, Customer Passion Point Limited (CPPL), EZ37 Solutions, etc. Helping them to attract the best talents, train and build dynamic teams, establish structure and strong operations. I am also one of the facilitators at Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management, Chartered Institute of Project Management, Chartered Institute of Customer Relationship Management, and Institute of Business Psychology. Fola is currently a faculty officer at FCMB, one of the leading banks in Nigeria.
Fola Vincent is a co-founder/President of PamLead Africa. I have led my team and PamLead volunteers since 2019 to empower more than 2500 African Youths, with leadership, entrepreneurship, and employability skills. We have done this across nine African countries. I can be described as a Mentor and Coach to many youths within the African Communities. I am always open to any idea that empowers African Youths, helps them discover and maximize their potential.
I have core competencies in human resource/talent management, leadership, and management, training, and development, performance appraisal, business strategy facilitation, change management, project management, social media/digital marketing, corporate branding, customer service management, and administration.
I enjoy roles that are challenging and diverse. I enjoy both leading teams, managing projects, and contributing at a high level and appreciate roles that allow me to handle the Human resources, learning, and development of any organization; attract the best talents, train and build a dynamic team. In doing that I can wear a variety of “hats” to get the job done.
I have a B.Sc in Chemistry Education, M.Ed.in Counseling Psychology, and currently pursuing my P.hD. in Personnel Psychology at the University of Ibadan. I am an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Human Resource Management and a Practitioner Member of the Institute of Business Psychology.
