My name is Ilias Katsagounos and I'm currently working as Training Manager at the European Security and Defence College (under EEAS)

I'm engaged with various activities some indicative being:

  1. Managing the European Doctoral School on CSDP
  2. Serving as ESDC's e-learning manager
  3. Developing, organising and delivering courses on Project and Risk Management primarily by using the Commissions PM² Methodology
  4. Serving as External Contract Evaluator for other EU bodies
  5. Delivering courses/consulting on the management of EU funded projects

I'm interested in calls that relate to highly complex projects requiring strong project, risk and stakeholder management skills and competences.

I'm a founding member of two ASBLs, the PM² Alliance and the European Citizens Association, both promoting cooperative activities in their areas of ;
