CETRI is a private Research & Technology SME that ranks among the first three organizations in EU Research participation in Cyprus. Currently the company runs 14 H2020 projects and has successfully participated in 6 FP7 projects in the past. Besides their expertise in applied research in areas as Photonics, Nanotechnology, Innovation management, business development, and Adults Training CETRI has a strong expertise in ICT / Machine learning. More specifically, the company has a strong team of qualified researchers in Data collection and preprocessing, Analysing data and producing data-driven models, Presenting information using data visualisation techniques, Assessing the effectiveness, accuracy and security of new data sources and data gathering techniques, Development of custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets, Training, evaluating, tuning, monitoring and documenting machine learning and data mining models and Designing, developing and maintaining software involving various techniques such as machine learning, large-scale data mining, and predictive modelling. CETRI has also organised a big number of training sessions and seminars for companies or individuals on the development of business models, innovation management, proposal development and applied research in their areas of expertise.
