My name is Beatriz Aguiar, HR Consultant and Project Manager at QSR Consulting. Currently, I'm responsible for research and development of the behavioral and social component in national and international projects in the scope of the aerospace, maritime and energy sectors. In QSR Consulting, I integrated Erasmus + projects, such as: Skill UP; Sky ; KAAT and H2020 projects, such as PARE.
Through it's Innovation Center, QSR Consulting wants to join together Academy and Industry to work in the edge of innovation and take our industries to the next level! In our previous participations in EU projects we contributed with: Desk Research; Design of training and education materials in human factors; Implementation and evaluation of training; Activities related to human factors and capital.
We are creative people ready to join interdisciplinary consorciuns and help the technological revolution by working on the humans behind it!
