Bárbara Teixeira-Costa is a Professor from the Department of Agricultural Engineering and Soils at the Federal University of Amazonas (UFAM) and is currently working with Encapsulation of bioactive compounds as emulsion-fillers to food packaging at the Institute of Chemistry in the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) as a PhD researcher in Food Science.
