I am a Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) specialist who is an expert in the field of sense of belonging and engagement. I am specialised in working with gender equality, cross-cultural communications, ethnic minorities, persons with disabilities, LGBTI and indigenous peoples, and affected populations and marginalised people such as refugees. I have developed and implemented Diversity and Inclusion Organisational Assessment Toolkit and Diversity and Inclusion Policies and Strategies. I have implemented diversity initiatives in collaboration with organisational leaders as capacity building. I have built my career as a subject matter expert on D&I in Australia, New Zealand and Switzerland, and am also a public speaker, workshop facilitator and published on inclusive leadership, cross-cultural negotiation and communication, unconscious bias and inclusive diversity practices.
