The objective of the proposal (Tools for improving the Romanian legislative framework and optimizing the municipal organic wastes and other bio-degradable wastes composting process for an innovative approach in a circular economy) is to develop and promote a legislative framework on compost quality requirements, as an output material resulting from the composting of the municipal organic waste and other bio-degradable wastes, using innovative technologies to support the transition of Romania to the circular economy, thus meeting EU waste hierarchy.
