The aim is to develop a risk indicator method for marine transport in the Gulf of Finland providing real-time information on vessel traffic volumes and densities crossing the Gulf. The risk indicator is intended for the use of all parties involved in the Vessel Traffic Management and Information System VTMIS. Target areas: Finnish and Estonian (and Russian) coasts of the Gulf of Finland
